When choosing paint colours for a bedroom I usually lean towards calm soothing colours like blues and grays to create a serene feeling. I like to design bedrooms to feel like a retreat from the world. A place you can relax and leave all your worries at the door.
Here are 4 lighter shades and 4 darker shades of my favorite Benjamin Moore paint colours for a bedroom

Benjamin Moore Wickham Gray – HC-171
This is probably my most favorite bedroom colour. It’s a lovely light blue/green gray that can look more blue or green depending on the light. In the bedroom below it looks more blue/gray.
In this dining room it looks more green/gray.
Benjamin Moore Gray Owl – OC-52
This a a beautiful soft blue-gray that is the perfect neutral to pair with almost any colour. Look how gorgeous it looks with the light wood.
Benjamin Moore Woodlawn Blue – HC – 147
This is such a classic blue that looks amazing when paired with darker wood.
Benjamin Moore Gray Cashmere – 2138-60
This is a really pretty green/gray that is more warm than cool so its cozy and perfect for the bedroom.
If you are looking for a paint colour that is a little more dramatic for your bedroom here are 4 darker colours that are sure to please.
Benjamin Moore Van Deuson Blue – HC – 156
This is such a rich gorgeous classic blue that works well with all wood tones.
Benjamin Moore Kendall Charcoal – HC – 166
I love this deep green/gray charcoal colour. it’s darker but not overpowering.
Benjamin Moore Super Nova – CC- 990
This beautiful eggplant colour looks amazing with medium wood tones and gold. The perfect bedroom colour if you have the classic yellow tone oak floors.
Love it with the white and green.
Benjamin Moore Newburg Green – HC – 158
This deep blue/green is a classic and blends well with medium to darker wood tones. Mix in some lighter blue and green shades and you have a winner.
