I was golfing with my ladies group the other day and it was so HOT outside I thought we were all crazy. One of the fellows who works at the golf course came around and gave us all a freezie. I can’t tell you the last time I had a freezie, I think I was 12, but I forgot how great they were. It was fantastic and really did cool us down but the down side is they are full of sugar. So I went on a hunt for healthier frozen treats that I can make myself. I found some great recipes so thought I would share.
