WHY YOU CAN’T GO WRONG WITH CLASSIC SUBWAY TILE

When I’m working with clients or designing my own properties I use subway tile on a regular basis. I love it because it is clean and simple and always looks amazing plus its inexpensive. Some people think it’s boring but if you did a subway tile backsplash I would guarantee you would never get sick of it and it would never go out of style.

I love how Sarah Richardson mixed it with marble tiles in her shower from her house in the country. It offers a balance of busy marble tiles and classic white subway. This is absolutely gorgeous!

You can mix up the look using a darker grout to give it a different feel.

And you don’t have to use white either, a simple gray subway tile can make a big impact.

Plus there are so many different ways you can install them to add some different textures and looks. I love this herringbone pattern
