I love the look of a vintage rug in a kitchen. They were calling it a trend last year but I think the look is here to stay. It’s a great way to add texture and colour to a kitchen (especially an all white one) and it also provides some softness under your feet while protecting your floors. The only downfall is that vintage Persian rugs are not cheap! However, I have seen some gorgeous affordable vintage looking rugs at HomeSense as well as online at Joss and Main. I’m on the hunt so will share when I find “the perfect one”
